How to make cinnamon muffins without milk

Start by heating the oven to 375F.

Then, in a bowl, beat the heavy cream, egg, and vanilla until they come together.

Next, fold in the dry dry ingredients which include flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until the batter comes together.

Let this batter sit while you line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Once done, spoon the batter into the paper liners until they’re ¾ of the way full.

Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until they’re golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out with dry crumbs.

Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Make the frosting

Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar vanilla, butter, and pinch of cinnamon until smooth.

Frost the cooled muffins with the cream cheese frosting. Then sprinkle the top with cinnamon powder, if desired.
